The cable is mostly a prop on stage but if I can do that works … cool
You will get very poor results using speaker wire as a substitute guitar cable. Since the speaker cable is not protected will act as a giant antenna and you will not be able to hear the guitar very well for all buzzing and static to be collected. If you only need the cable to look larger by visually reasons then I suggest you consider using a wireless hidden platform actually sending the guitar signal to the amplifier. Then you can connect the speaker cable between the guitar and amplifier as a non-functional prop. Or you can surround a guitar cable with corrugated only type of division hoses used to group cables together. It comes in various diameters and colors. See link below. Either option would be far more reliable than 4-conductor speaker cable, but still look good. WK
