How long does take to heat a light bulb?
How long takes for a 75-watt bulb take to reach its "hot" operating temperature. That is, how long until it is putting out as much light / heat?
Tens of milliseconds, I guess. One could characterize this with an oscilloscope and a small series resistance to the instantaneous current during the heating phase. I found an application note Allegro in the conduct of the lamp (first link.) Give a figure of 3.5 ms for resistance up to 2x the baseline, at least for a small lamp. But, again, you need the feature.
