How can I fix an LCD monitor that blinks?
I have a Gateway 19-inch TFT LCD (FPD1960) which fluctuates constantly. Not within and outside, but rather as the pixel moves up and down. I updated the driver, phase and refresh rate (currently 60) and continues flashing. Is there anything else I can do about it?
